It's reported that the H2 scrap prices in the Japanese Tokyo Bay were at ￥24,000~￥24,500/ton on September 20th.
However, some traders planned to cut the H2 scraps to ￥23,500/ton.
Meanwhile, the Shindachi scrap prices were at ￥27,000~￥27,500/ton FAS and the P&S scrap prices were at ￥26,500~￥27,000/ton FAS.
For the prospect, it's predicted that the scrap prices would drop further in the Japanese domestic market after Tokyo Steel announced to cut the scrap purchasing prices further by ￥500/ton on September 22nd.
